Payment can be made by bank deposit (BDO or BPI), Globe Gcash and Paypal.
Bank and Globe Gcash details will be sent together with the confirmation message after order has been placed.
FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the Philippines. Prices online are ALL-INCLUSIVE.
OLIVIAANDFIFTH.COM ships nationwide with FASTRACK or LBC.
OLIVIAANDFIFTH.com ships worldwide with FedEx. We will be sending a confirmation message via email to verify your order and payment options.
All international orders are shipped out of Manila, Philippines and are subject to shipping charges. Shipping charges already include delivery and import fees. Any additional local charges once your package reaches your country are not included. All international orders usually arrive within 7-14 working days after shipping date.
Please note that it is the customers responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping details and information. Although we will do everything we can to ensure your package arrives, the store is not liable for any lost package. No refund will be given.
Returns & Exchanges
Once you receive your goods, please carefully check your purchase and try it on to make sure the size is correct and you are satisfied with the product/s.
If you have purchased the wrong size and would like to exchange it for another size, please email us at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving the goods and you will be advised on how to send back the item/s. Item/s must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Once the item/s has undergone a quality check to make sure the garment has not been worn and that the tags are still in place, the new size will be sent to you. Please specify the size you require. If the size you require is not available, we will issue you a store credit. No additional shipping fee applies.
No exchanges will be accepted after 7 days from the date of purchase.
All merchandise has been carefully checked before shipping. The store follows a “No Refund” policy unless the wrong product has been delivered or if the customer proves that there is factory defect. Merchandise valid for return may be exchanged at the price paid or a refund will be issued within 3 days from the date of purchase/delivery.
